Foundation for Education and Development (Formerly Grassroots HRE) သည္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံရွိ ျမန္မာျပည္သူမ်ား အတြက္ ပညာေရး၊ လူ႔အခြင့္ေရးႏွင့္ လံုၿခံဳ စိတ္ခ်စြာ အလုပ္လုပ္ ကိုင္ရသည့္ အေျခ အေနမ်ား ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳး ျမင့္မားေရးအတြက္ လုပ္ကိုင္ ေနသည္ ။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ စီမံကိန္းသည္ ေလာေလာ ဆည္ဆည္၌ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ ေတာင္ပိုင္း ဆူနာမီ ဒဏ္ခံရသည့္ ေဒသရွိ ျမန္မာ ျပည္သူမ်ား၏ လူမႈဖူ လံုေရးႏွင့္ ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးကို အေလးထား ေဆာင္ရြက္ ေနသည္။ ဤ ရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ား ေအာင္ျမင္ရန္ က်ေနာ္တို႔သည္ ေဒသဆိုင္ရာ အဖြဲ႔ အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္၎ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္၎ ပူးေပါင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ ေနပါသည္။
